Original, authentic Spanish Chorizo lovingly made to our traditional family recipe with 160gms out door reared pork per 100gms of finished product.
The Chorizo's are available in two different shapes long chorizo (1) or 'sausage' style (2).Due to the chorizos being hand made weight is approximate and we may have to add a small chorizo to the long chorizo to make up the weight.

Our chorizos have a use by date of approximately 8 weeks when un opened.On opening they should be kept chilled below 5 degree centigrades and will keep for up to 3 weeks.
